Guided Mindfulness Mediatation is grounding, helps to create intentions, affirm direction and goals, reconnect with intuition & purpose, releases limiting expectations, develops resilience and encourages positive problem solving
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Mindfulness Massage appointment will include a 45min remedial massage and one guided mindfulness meditation including breathwork for 20-30mins. Allow 75 mins in total.

These sessions are facilitated by Sheryl Lommerse, a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor with over 20 years experience in the field.
Treatment is provided while lying on a comfortable massage table. Towels and pillows are specifically positioned to provide support to the body. Soft sarongs are also used for coverage to further increase comfort. All transitions are made slowly and are supported to your specific needs while respecting your privacy.

The cost of each session is $130. Health fund rebates are available on the remedial massage portion of the treatment. The rebate can be claimed on the spot via Hicaps.
